Hello, fellow readers! I'm Cheyanne and I am a Self-Published Author! I am a student attending the University of South Florida, and my pronouns are she/her/hers. As an autistic woman of color, literature has always been a great interest and passion of mine. I wrote my first novel at age nine, and have since written many unpublished works in my spare time. My first published work was a poem titled, "A Greener World," that I wrote in the third grade. It was a poem about climate change and environmental hardship, which is one of many topics that I am extremely passionate about. My teacher at the time published it, despite it being written on a napkin...and ever since then, it had been my dream to become a published author. As of November 3rd, 2024, I made that dream a reality. The Stormfire series is about many things - the prevalence climate change, the dangers of hyper-capitalism, the senselessness and brutality of war, the detrimental impacts of racial and gender inequality, the importance of consent, and the lasting impacts of genocide, just to name a few. I am beyond grateful for all of the support I have received thus far, and I cannot wait to see where this journey will take me! Thank you for all your support, and I hope you enjoy my work.
